ppFor a local government organization in the Flemish Brabant region, we are looking for an experiencedb Freelance HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist /bto temporarily support both the HR team (4 FTE) and the internal communications team (4 FTE). In this strategic and hands‑on role, you will critically assess the optimal allocation of resources, priorities and focus areas for both teams. responsibilities:
/h3 ul libCoach, inspire and guide /b both the HR and communications teams. /li libProvide direction /b and support to employees in resolving complex issues. /li liPrepare, analyze and follow up on breporting /b. /li liOptimize and professionalize bHR processes /b. /li liBuild and maintain strong bstakeholder relationships /b. /li liTake the lead in ongoing and bnew projects /b such as onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development programs. /li liInitiate and manage bcomplex HR cases /b. /li liActively participate in the bmanagement team /b and contribute to broader organizational policy. /li /ul h3Your profile: /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist in shaping HR and internal communication policies. /li liStrong background in coaching and sharing HR expertise. /li liExperience with change management and HR improvement projects is essential. /li liExperience within the public sector is a plus. /li liMaster’s degree or equivalent through experience. /li liFluent in Dutch. /li liHands‑on, operationally strong and able to work independently. /li liResults‑driven and an excellent communicator with an inspiring and transparent approach. /li /ul h3Offer: /h3 ul libContract /b: Freelance. /li libDuration /b: 6 months, 4/5. /li libLocation /b: Region Leuven, with flexibility to work remote. /li /ul /p
