Capyx - Business Analyst

Capyx is looking for a analyst for a cleint with some experience of HR, document management functional and business analysis.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative senior level analyst to identify document-related needs within its revamped payroll system and guide them to successful implementation.

In this role, you will work closely with payroll product management and internal teams to understand requirements, translate them into clear and achievable specifications, and collaborate with a development team of 3 (two developers and a analyst) to design innovative solutions for documents such as redesigned pay stubs, employee payments, and payroll statements.

You will serve as the key liaison between technical teams and internal clients, ensuring developed solutions meet expectations as analysis work progresses and development capacity is strengthened.

Skills & technical requirements At least 7 years of experience as an analyst, preferably with a focus on functional analysis Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and clients Innovative mindset and the ability to think outside the box / creatively Experience drafting detailed specifications for development teams Familiarity with agile methodologies and a flexible work attitude Ability to analyze requirements related to HR, Payroll documents Ability to translate client requirements xirbnpk into clear and achievable specifications Experience collaborating with internal development teams to design innovative solutions Proven ability to act as liaison between technical teams and internal clients to ensure solutions meet expectations Experience in social secretariat is a real plus Language:Fluent French is a must and English Onsite : Brussels (hybrid) Start : ASAP Are you interested ?
