We are currently searching for motivated and dedicated individuals who are ready to take that next step of their career. /p h3What you can expect from the role: /h3 ul lipLead and deliver ERP transformation projects for clients across Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring successful outcomes throughout the full project lifecycle. /p /li lipAct as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise value from their ERP investments through effective business process and solution design. /p /li lipDrive the growth of Arcwide's presence in the Flanders region by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. /p /li lipHelp customers explore and adopt AI, automation, and digital innovation capabilities within their ERP landscape to improve operational efficiency and business performance. /p /li lipSupport business development activities, including customer meetings, solution presentations, workshops, and proposal contributions. /p /li lipWork closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for customer challenges. /p /li lipManage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards. /p /li lipCollaborate with international teams across Arcwide to bring industry expertise, best practices, and innovation to our customers. /p /li lipContribute to the continued development of Arcwide's ERP consulting capabilities, helping to strengthen our position as the leading IFS partner in the region. /p /li /ul h3What we will look for in your CV: /h3 ul lipProven experience delivering ERP implementations, transformations, or large-scale business applications projects in a consulting or client-facing environment. /p /li lipStrong functional understanding of ERP solutions, such as IFS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Infor, Unit4, or similar platforms. /p /li lipA specialisation in a functional business area such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service Management, Projects, Asset Management, or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) would be highly advantageous. /p /li lipExperience managing stakeholders and leading workshops, with the ability to communicate confidently with both business and technical audiences. /p /li lipA commercial mindset with experience supporting customer growth, business development, account management, or pre-sales activities. /p /li lipInterest or experience in AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive innovation and business value for customers. /p /li lipStrong consultancy skills, including problem-solving, business process analysis, and the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions. /p /li lipFluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken. /p /li lipBased in Belgium, with a strong understanding of the Flanders market and willingness to travel across Belgium and the Netherlands as required. /p /li /ul h3Why you will enjoy working at Arcwide: /h3 ul lipbCompetitive Salary
