We can't wait to meet you It's on us, to make new energy work.br/p pbResponsibilities /b /pulliLead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up /liliAct as the primary technical project interface between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in DBOO (Design, Build, Own Operate) projects /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces with project development, commercial, procurement, and legal functions /liliManage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes /liliEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, environmental requirements, and HSE policies /liliReview and approve technical specifications, engineering deliverables, and contractor documentation through to handover to the team Operations Maintenance /liliMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary /liliLead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline /liliSenior-level experience in technical project management within the energy, power generation, or industrial infrastructure sector /liliProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale energy generation projects with strong knowledge in EPC and/or multi-lot project execution /liliProject Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage /liliExperience with permitting processes in Belgium and/or the Netherlands is a strong advantage /liliFluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1); additional language skills are a plus /liliWillingness to travel with on-site presence depending on project phase /li /ulpbBenefits /b /pulliCompetitive salary package including bonus schemes /liliFlexible
