h3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Leader to lead the technical evolution, stability, and continuous improvement of our PeopleSoft Finance Procurement platform. This role combines deep technical expertise, solution leadership, architecture oversight, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. /ppAs the technical authority for the platform, you will guide engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions while promoting a "standard first" mindset. You will drive lifecycle management initiatives, reduce technical debt, enable adoption of new PeopleSoft capabilities, and ensure the platform remains fit for the future. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Technical Leadership /h3ulliAct as the technical reference for PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleTools, Oracle technologies, integrations, and development frameworks. /liliDefine and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and solution design principles. /liliReview and challenge technical designs to ensure maintainability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture. /li /ulh3Solution Design Delivery /h3ulliLead the design and implementation of complex PeopleSoft solutions across Finance and Procurement domains. /liliEnsure business requirements are fulfilled through delivered functionality whenever possible before considering customization. /liliProvide architectural guidance for integrations, workflow automation, reporting, and data exchange solutions. /liliSupport critical project deliveries and production issue resolution. /li /ulh3Continuous Improvement Innovation /h3ulliPromote simplification, automation, and standardization across the PeopleSoft landscape. /liliIdentify opportunities to replace custom developments with delivered functionality. /liliDrive adoption of new PeopleTools features, PUM images, and Oracle technologies. /li /ulh3Lifecycle Management /h3ulliLead PeopleTools upgrades, PUM implementations, security patching, and platform modernization activities. /liliEnsure solutions remain aligned with Oracle best practices and vendor roadmaps. /liliDrive technical debt reduction and improve upgrade readiness. /liliSupport environment standardization and deployment automation. /li /ulh3Platform Stability Operational Excellence /h3ulliEnsure platform availability, performance, security, and resilience. /liliGuide incident investigation, root cause analysis, and problem management activities. /liliCollaborate with platform engineers to improve monitoring, observability, and operational processes. /liliMaintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3Coaching Team Development /h3ulliMentor developers, technical analysts, and platform engineers. /liliFoster a culture of engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. /liliSupport onboarding and professional development of team members. /li /ulh3Required Experience /h3ulli8+ years of PeopleSoft technical experience. /liliStrong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.61. /liliExtensive experience with:ulliPeopleCode /liliApplication Engine /liliComponent Interface /li /ul /liliStrong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills. /liliExperience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM adoption, and lifecycle management. /liliProven experience leading technical teams and complex delivery initiatives. /liliExperience working in Agile and DevOps environments. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliBanking or Financial Services industry experience. /liliKnowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Expense Management, and Billing processes. /liliExperience with cloud and CI/CD technologies. /li /ulh3What Makes You Successful /h3ulliHave a strong ownership mindset and lead by example. /liliChallenge complexity and promote sustainable solutions. /liliBalance business value with technical excellence. /liliCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /liliContinuously learn and stay abreast of PeopleSoft, Oracle, and ERP innovations. /liliInspire teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining operational stability. /liliFoster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li /ul
