You’ll work closely with the local management team, providing financial insight, challenging performance and helping shape the commercial and financial agenda. With a strong market position and ambitions to continue growing and winning market share, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of the Belgium business. /p pYou’ll also work with colleagues across the wider Western Europe organisation and Centre of Excellence, giving you exposure to different markets and cultures, while joining a team that values new perspectives, innovation and new ways of working. /p pIf you’re an experienced bSales Controller, Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance professional /b looking for broader responsibility and the opportunity to become a true strategic partner to the business, this could be an exciting next step in your career. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liBe part of the local management team and help drive the commercial and financial agenda for the Belgium business. /li liDrive financial performance, transparency, predictability and forecast accuracy. /li liProvide analytical, financial and business support to inform decision-making. /li liSupport actual reporting, budgeting, forecasting and governance processes, including business reviews. /li liDevelop a strong understanding of the business and use financial insight to identify opportunities and improve performance. /li liContribute to and lead finance and business improvement projects. /li liSupport performance improvements and turnarounds where required. /li liPrepare and contribute to presentations for senior management. /li liProvide financial control to ensure compliance with company requirements and local legislation. /li liManage and develop the local Finance team. /li liLead internal and external audit processes, including statutory accounts. /li liSupport financial planning, controlling, FPA and internal audit activities. /li liCollaborate with the wider Western Europe finance organisation and Centre of Excellence. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who combines strong finance expertise with a genuine commercial mindset. /p h3You Will Ideally Have /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales Controller or in a similar role. /li liStrong experience in sales, pricing and strategy. /li liProven experience managing a full PL. /li liExperience working with significant sales volumes. /li liSales controlling and PL management experience. /li liExperience working within an international and matrix organisation. /li liStrong analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking. /li liThe ability to present complex financial topics clearly and understandably. /li liExperience with SAP and Google Workspace. /li liIdeally, knowledge of SOX or J-SOX. /li liFluency in French, Dutch and English. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 ul liJoin a large international organisation with a strong market position. /li liHave a genuine influence on commercial and financial decisions. /li liWork closely with senior stakeholders and the local management team. /li liGain exposure to different markets, cultures and ways of working. /li liAccess opportunities for professional and career development. /li liWork in an environment that encourages different perspectives, innovation and new ideas. /li liJoin a business that is open to new technologies and the use of AI. /li /ul
