our new Recruitment Partner for Belgium and the NetherlandsWithin the Human Resources Department and reporting to the
Head of Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion BeNeFrance,
you are responsible for all local recruitments (permanent and interns) in
Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as contributing to the development of our
local employer brand.
What youll do Recruitment (80%):Manage all permanent recruitments for Belgium and the Netherlands from A to Z. You are the single point of contact between our operational teams and candidates: from the initial briefing and sourcing (direct search, job postings) to interview coordination and onboarding of new hires. You will work with an intern for the recruitments of interns in Belgium and the Netherlands. Advise and support operational managers to ensure an effective recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
Develop and maintain our talent pool to anticipate future needs and promote our employer brand.
Lead optimization and continuous improvement projects for our activities (tools, processes, training).
Ensure compliance with processes and KPIs.
Employer Branding (10%):Contribute to the development of our employer brand and increase our visibility with candidates by participating in events, creating communication materials and digital content, etc.
Unite and grow our internal ambassador community by organizing events and activities to position us as an employer of choice. You are in charge of the local academic relation strategy. Lead and organize internal events to foster a great new joiner experience (onboarding days, monthly intern gatherings, etc.).
Participate in creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and other materials.
Projects and Other Responsibilities (10%):Manage and develop a Intern, supporting you on local TA activities. Act as the national point of contact representing Belgium in the European/Global Centers of Expertise (CoE) meetings on Recruitment, Employer Branding and DEI topics.
Promote and embody our DEI values (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) in your everyday activities, from the recruitment scope to other side projects covering our pillars (Gender Parity, Sexual orientation, Disabilities, Generations and Internationality)Participate and develop projects around Talent Acquisition (tools & processes), CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or any other working group on a voluntary basis.
