This position can be based in Barcelona, Asturias, or Brussels and reports directly to the Business Global Sustainability Leader. /p pAs the EMEA Product Stewardship Regulatory Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between regulatory experts and the business across EMEA. While this role is regionally focused and does not hold global responsibility, it works closely with a global product stewardship and sustainability team to support business objectives and share expertise. You will help translate evolving chemical regulations and sustainability requirements into practical business actions that ensure Chemours products remain compliant, trusted, and commercially successful throughout their lifecycle. /p h3The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: /h3 ul liMonitor and assess emerging regulatory and sustainability developments impacting the product portfolio. /li liTranslate regulatory requirements into practical business recommendations and implementation plans. /li liLead product stewardship reviews and identify emerging compliance risks. /li liRespond to internal and external inquiries related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance. /li liEnsure products remain compliant, marketable, and aligned with sustainability objectives. /li liCollaborate closely with regulatory subject matter experts to evaluate regulatory changes and business impacts. /li liSupport product sustainability activities for new product development projects. /li liProvide stewardship guidance for management of change (MOC) decisions. /li liWork closely with commercial, technical, sustainability, operations, and product management stakeholders across EMEA. /li liSupport implementation of evolving regulatory requirements across the business. /li /ul h3The following is required for this role: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or another related scientific discipline. /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant industry experience. /li liProduct Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Chemical Compliance, EHS, or related experience. /li liExperience working within a highly regulated industry. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear business guidance. /li liStrong project planning and coordination capabilities. /li liAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3The following is preferred for this role: /h3 ul liExperience with fluorochemical products or organofluoride chemistries. /li liKnowledge of PFAS-related regulatory developments. /li liExperience with EU REACH, UK REACH, Turkey REACH, or F-Gas regulations. /li liExperience supporting product sustainability programs. /li liExperience working with SAP, Salesforce, or data analytics tools. /li liAdditional language skills such as Spanish, Dutch, or French. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive Compensation /li liComprehensive Benefits Package depending on the country in which you’ll be hired. /li liEmployee Stock Purchase Program /li liCommuter Benefits /liliLearning and Development Opportunities /li liStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives /li liCompany-paid Volunteer Day /li /ul h3Recruitment process /h3 ul liRecruitment interview via Microsoft Teams interview (30-45 minutes) /li liKorn Ferry online assessment (approximately 100 minutes) /li li1st interview with the Hiring Manager and a business stakeholder (60 minutes) /li liFinal interview round (45 minutes) /li /ul pLearn more about Chemours and our culture by visiting Chemours.com/careers. /p pChemours is an equal opportunity employer.
