pWe're currently recruiting for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to take a leading role in the development of complex digital hardware and semiconductor solutions. /ppThe position is focused on digital design and RTL development, with responsibility for translating system requirements and architectural concepts into robust, efficient and scalable digital designs. /ppYou will work across the development lifecycle, from architecture and specification through RTL implementation, verification and hardware validation. Working closely with digital, analogue, verification and systems engineers, you will contribute to technical decisions, solve complex design challenges and help drive projects through to successful implementation. /ppThis is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys working on technically challenging digital designs while also taking ownership of projects and supporting less experienced engineers. /ph3Key

Responsibilities:
/h3ulliLead the design and development of complex digital hardware from specification and architecture through to implementation. /liliDevelop high-quality, synthesizable RTL using bVerilog and/or SystemVerilog /b. /liliTranslate system and architectural requirements into efficient digital designs. /liliTake technical ownership of individual design blocks or complete digital development projects. /liliWork closely with verification engineers to define verification strategies and resolve design issues. /liliSupport simulation, synthesis, timing analysis, debugging and hardware validation. /liliContribute to design reviews and architectural decisions. /liliIdentify and resolve complex issues at RTL, gate and hardware level. /liliCollaborate with analogue, mixed-signal, FPGA and systems engineering teams. /liliSupport and mentor junior and mid-level digital design engineers. /liliContribute to improving digital design methodologies, coding standards and development processes. /li /ulh3Your Profile: /h3ulliDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline. /liliSeveral years of professional experience in digital hardware design and RTL development. /liliStrong experience with Verilog and/or SystemVerilog. /liliSolid understanding of digital design principles, synchronous design and RTL coding practices. /liliExperience with ASIC, FPGA or SoC development. /liliGood knowledge of simulation, synthesis and digital design verification methodologies. /liliExperience working from system specifications and contributing to hardware architecture. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliComfortable taking ownership of technically complex projects and working independently. /liliExperience working within multidisciplinary hardware development teams. /li /ulh3The Offer: /h3ulliA salary benefits package commensurate with experience /li /ul
