Location:
Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) Role Overview: This role focuses on coordinating and managing data architecture, data quality, and integration activities within a large-scale digital transformation and case management environment. The Project Manager supports cross-functional teams by ensuring reliable data flows, successful migrations, and stable release processes across multiple interconnected projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate data architecture initiatives, including data models and system integrations Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and reliability across systems Identify and resolve data-related challenges during migrations and release cycles Coordinate data activities between business teams, ICT departments, and external vendors Manage cross-project data dependencies and integration requirements Support production readiness and secure release management processes Prepare structured reporting for governance and management bodies Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement initiatives Key Skills Required: Data architecture and data management expertise Strong knowledge of data models, data flows, and system integrations Experience with data migration and data quality improvement Understanding of databases, Big Data environments, and enterprise data ecosystems Experience in ICT project environments and digital transformation programs Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce environments is an advantage Soft

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Structured and detail-oriented mindset Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Strong communication and organizational capabilities Languages: Dutch or French (native level) English (working knowledge) Nice to Have: Experience within the public sector or judicial domain Knowledge of data governance practices and compliance standards Focus of the Role: Ensuring high-quality, reliable, and well-integrated data management processes by coordinating data architecture, migration, and quality initiatives across multiple digital transformation projects.
