Data Platform Architect

pJoin our Data AI team. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team where data engineering, architecture, AI, analytics, governance and visualization come together. Together, we help clients get more value out of their data: from setting up the right data foundations on modern data platforms to building AI applications, dashboards and analytics solutions. /ppAs a Data Platform Architect, you will design and oversee modern data platforms that support end-to-end data solutions and enable self-service. /ppIn close collaboration with other data experts (BI consultants, AI engineers, etc.) and client stakeholders, you will translate business and analytics requirements into scalable, future-proof data architectures. You'll mainly work in a cloud context with platforms like MS Fabric, Databricks and Snowflake. /ppYou will be part of our Data Foundation practice: a team of data engineers and architects, within our Data AI department. Looking beyond the sleek dashboards and hype-driven AI applications, we make sure that AI and BI initiatives are powered by a reliable and performant back end. Using proven components and best practices, we continuously challenge ourselves to design solutions tailored to our clients' data needs, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability. /ph3Your responsibilities include the following: /h3ulliDesign and implement modern scalable data platforms with a strong focus on cloud technologies (Databricks, MS Fabric, ...) /liliDefine target architectures, data platform standards and strategic roadmaps that align with business objectives and data transformation initiatives. /liliAssess existing data architectures, identify improvement areas, and propose improvements and migration options. /liliAct as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for both our client and internal teams. /liliSupport pre-sales activities, lead workshops, draft proposals and share knowledge. /li /ulpWe're seeking motivated colleagues who are eager to engineer the best solutions for our clients and to be an active member of our team of experts. Including 3+ year as a data architect /liliProven expertise in data engineering and cloud technologies/concepts (lakehouse, warehouse, ETL/ELT, orchestration, CI/CD, SQL, delta lake, OneLake, etc.) /liliAbility to translate business needs into effective solutions. /liliStrong understanding of modern data architectures, data modeling and integration patterns. /liliExperience with data platform migrations.
