Talencia is looking for an IT Project Manager for e-Commerce & digital projects Location: Wallonia, Belgium Work model: Hybrid Start: ASAP Seniority: Senior Projects: e-Commerce & Digital Transformation About the role Our client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on e-Commerce and digital transformation.

You will act as the central point of coordination between Business, IT, Developers, Business Analysts/POS, internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities Define, structure and manage project scope, planning, milestones and deliverables Coordinate multiple projects in parallel and manage priorities and dependencies Manage stakeholders across Business and IT and ensure clear communication Coordinate closely with Developers, BAs/POS, internal teams and external partners Coordinate integrations and interfaces between different applications and systems Ensure the required resources are available throughout the project Follow up on solution implementation and project progress Coordinate testing, validation and handover to operational teams Identify and manage risks, dependencies, issues and changes Ensure alignment between Business and IT throughout the project lifecycle Work closely with Functional Analysts on functional analysis, user stories/tickets and testing activities The Project Manager will not be responsible for Change Management activities or the operational management of product backlogs.

Profile 5-6 years of experience in IT Project Management Strong Senior Project Manager profile Proven experience managing xlxgzvr multiple projects simultaneously Experience coordinating software development projects and complex system integrations Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence Comfortable working with Developers, BAs/POS, Business stakeholders and external partners Nice to have: Experience in Retail Experience with e-Commerce, Web or Mobile projects Experience with complex IT integrations and multi-system environments Experience in digital transformation projects
