Our HR Outsourcing team provides flexible, tailored solutions to help organisations manage the employee lifecycle and daily operations efficiently, from temporary support to fully outsourced HR services.
Your journey with usAre you passionate about payroll and personnel administration, and do you enjoy working in a dynamic client environment? Then you may be the Payroll Officer we are looking for to strengthen our HR Outsourcing team.
As a payroll professional, you contribute to a variety of in-house projects at clients across different industries. You help each client achieve accurate, compliant and efficient payroll and personnel administration, while gaining exposure to different payroll environments, systems and HR technologies.
This is how you will make an impact:
• You run accurate, timely payroll and personnel administration;
• You guide clients on payroll and Belgian social-law questions;
• You act as a first point of contact for employee on payroll-related questions;
• You spot practical ways to improve processes and service;
• You use payroll tools, digital HR solutions and AI to work smarter.
Your StoryWe are looking for an energetic HR professional who recognizes themselves in the profile below:
• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least one year of payroll experience;
• You have hands-on experience with Belgian social legislation and payroll tools; and have processed payroll for at least 50+ employees
• You work accurately, independently and with discretion;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch or French and English.
