Help Organisations Build Fair, Transparent and Future-Ready Reward Practices

We are looking for an experienced Associate Principal, Total Rewards to join our growing Brussels team.

This is a consulting role for a trusted advisor who combines deep reward expertise with strong client leadership skills. You will work with leading organisations across Belgium and Europe, helping them design reward strategies, job architectures, grading frameworks and pay transparency solutions that drive fairness, compliance and business performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and deliver complex Total Rewards consulting projects for clients across industries
  • Advise clients on EU Pay Transparency readiness, pay equity and compensation governance
  • Design and implement job architecture, job grading and career framework solutions
  • Develop salary structures, reward strategies and compensation frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business and HR stakeholders
  • Lead project workstreams and mentor junior consultants
  • Contribute to business development, proposal writing and client growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across Korn Ferry's Advisory, Assessment, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Consulting teams

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Reward Consulting or a related field
  • Consulting experience within a consulting firm, professional services environment, or a combination of consultancy and in‑house experience
  • Strong expertise in compensation, job architecture, grading, salary benchmarking and reward strategy
  • Experience leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development and growing client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English. Dutch, French and/or German are highly valued
