An international manufacturing organization is seeking a senior finance leader to support operational performance, profitability enhancement and strategic decision-making across a complex industrial footprint.
This highly visible role combines financial leadership, operational analysis and performance management, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable business results.
The successful candidate will operate at the crossroads of finance and operations, providing meaningful insight, challenge and support to business leaders within a dynamic and evolving industrial environment.

Head of Industrial Performance & Controlling
You will play a central role in monitoring and driving operational performance, helping business leaders translate industrial activities into measurable financial outcomes.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will contribute to both short-term performance delivery and long-term value creation initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving financial and operational performance management across manufacturing activities
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes for industrial operations
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity and resource allocation
- Analyzing cost structures, operational efficiencies and key performance drivers
- Supporting business leaders through data-driven recommendations and robust financial insights
- Challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making through fact-based analysis
- Developing and enhancing performance management tools, reporting frameworks and financial governance practices
- Supporting investment evaluations, business cases and transformation initiatives
- Monitoring operational risks and ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening business performance
- Collaborating with finance and operational teams across multiple locations and functions.
