- AML KYC Expert to join a major transformation programme within the financial services sector. /ppIn this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, leveraging your expertise in AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), Financial Security, and Data Management to define, analyse and deliver data-driven solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, and technical teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, compliance processes, and operational efficiency. /ppstrongFunction Description: /strong /pulliLeverage deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and Financial Security frameworks to drive data-centric solutions /liliDrive business analysis from ideation to delivery, including business case development, requirements co-creation, and continuous solution improvement in line with evolving needs. /liliAnalyze and map existing data flows, user roles, and usage while identifying data issues, to then define target solutions and use cases. /liliCollaborate with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements, ensure alignment between business and development teams, and maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis. /liliTranslate business needs into test conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing, while supporting data architecture design, solution validation, and quality reviews of prototypes. /liliFacilitate delivery through testing, change management, and report/dashboard creation, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. /li /ulpstrongTechnical Mandatory

Experience:
/strong /pulliExperience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods /liliKnowledge of IT testing /liliGood understanding of data concepts (big data, BI, reporting, dashboarding, data vault, data marts) /liliProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) /liliProficiency in SQL querying /liliUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset) /li /ulpstrongTechnical Preferable
