BESIX Group, a leading Belgian multinational, is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on all legal matters for BESIX NV/SA in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will support project teams from tender review to hand-over and, where applicable, disputes.
The role includes reviewing contracts, drafting analyses, and guiding pre-litigation strategy. The candidate should have a law degree with extensive construction/project experience, fluent Dutch and English, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.
