You understand market dynamics, know what talent our clients need and translate these insights into a high-performing, agile recruitment organisation that is ready to grow. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pYou will set the direction for Talent Acquisition and ensure that strategy translates into tangible results. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liDeveloping and implementing the bTalent Acquisition strategy for Akkodis Belgium /b, aligned with our business ambitions and our clients’ talent needs. /li liProviding direction to the TA organisation, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and performance. /li liFurther strengthening efficient and high-performing bend-to-end recruitment delivery /b. /li liEnsuring our recruiters have the right tools, processes, expertise and insights to succeed. /li liWorking closely with our bPractices and Staffing teams /b to understand recruitment needs for client delivery and translate them into concrete talent solutions. /li liUsing data, KPIs and market insights to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement. /li liPromoting bcontinuous improvement, digitalisation and innovation /b within Talent Acquisition. /li liDeveloping our talent pipelines and ensuring we can proactively respond to changing client needs and labour market trends. /li liStrengthening our position as a talent partner and contributing to an excellent bcandidate and client experience /b. /li liMonitoring trends in recruitment, technology and the labour market and translating them into concrete actions. /li /ul h3A clear scope /h3 pWithin Akkodis, Talent Acquisition and Staffing each have a distinct and complementary role. /p pStaffing is responsible for recruiting talent within the group. Talent Acquisition focuses exclusively on attracting and engaging talent to support our external client delivery. /p pYour scope therefore covers the bexternal talent and recruitment needs of our business and clients /b. You will build and develop the TA organisation that ensures Akkodis has the right talent to meet these needs, both today and in the future. /p pYou will work closely with our Practices and Staffing teams, each contributing their own expertise. As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a key bstrategic partner to our business leaders /b, ensuring that Talent Acquisition makes a structural contribution to Akkodis’ growth and ambitions. /p h3Who are you? /h3 pYou combine bstrategic insight with a strong understanding of people and business /b.
