What you will do

As a quality audit coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the assessment process for a large infrastructure project. You will control the quality of audits, report your findings and resulting risks, and ensure proper follow-up of the contractor's quality management system.

Your responsibilities include:

• Establishing and updating the audit plan and audit schedule to ensure optimal quality control and quality assurance
• Coordinating audits with the contractor to guarantee efficient execution
• Monitoring the quality of audits and audit results to ensure the reliability of the assessment process
• Evaluating and auditing procedures to ensure the quality of procedures and production, and to continuously improve processes
• Reporting findings and resulting risks to the various overarching managers within the sub-project to provide them with the necessary information for decision-making

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience within infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• At least 5 years of experience in one or more quality-related roles within infrastructure or civil engineering projects
• Experience with establishing audit plans and/or test plans, and with processing and reporting the results
• Advanced skills in audit management, quality auditing, documentation management, process improvement, reporting and stakeholder management
• Risk management skills are a plus
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch

The setting

This assignment runs for 16 months and can start immediately. The role is part-time at 4/5 (0.8 FTE to 1 FTE). You will work hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office in Antwerp. Dutch is the working language.
