Als Adviseur Verzekeringen Professionals Non-Life ben je een expert in het domein BOAR Professional en in onze verzekeringsoplossingen Beyond Banking voor de professionele behoeften van de klanten van de bank. 
  • Je stelt je commerciële mindset ten dienste van alle segmenten van de bank: Retail Banking, Affluent & Private Banking en Enterprises.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de adviseurs voor professionele klanten binnen elke entiteit.
  • Je moedigt je collega's aan om de behoeften op het vlak van Protect in de ruimste zin van het woord op te sporen.
  • Je voert een cyclische en grondige analyse uit van de verzekeringsportefeuilles voor de professionele klanten in onze regio.

Om deze functie te kunnen uitvoeren en erin te groeien, is het belangrijk dat je over de volgende vaardigheden en kwaliteiten beschikt:

  • Je bent resultaatgericht, gedreven door commerciële feeling, technisch gespecialiseerd (met de ondersteuning van het AG-team) in het domein BOAR PRO, waardoor je een referentie bent voor je collega's.
  • Je bent proactief en in staat om uitgebreide gesprekken te voeren met ondernemers om hun beschermingsbehoeften op alle niveaus zo goed mogelijk te identificeren.
  • Je bent leergierig, je wilt je horizon verruimen en helpen ons tot de nummer één verzekeraar in de markt te worden.
