We are looking for an expert Business Analyst and Project Manager (7 years of experience) for a one-year project within a Financial Security Transversal Coordination Team in Brussels. You will oversee and coordinate Financial Security risk items from end to end. This assignment follows a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse, coordinate, document and follow up on risk items, remediation plans and related governance activities throughout their lifecycle.
- Work with risk leads, business stakeholders, Compliance representatives, subject-matter experts and delivery teams.
- Identify risk items with endangered due dates, assess impacts and dependencies, and escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Track progress and report on and challenge remediation activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across all phases of the risk-item lifecycle.
- Prepare, review and challenge Risk OpCo reporting.
- Ensure action plans address root causes and deliver sustainable remediation.
- Conduct quality reviews of deliverables and remediation evidence.
- Help ensure deliverables sustainably remediate issues and demonstrate compliance with Group and Belgian legal requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability, audit trails, supporting documentation and evidence.
- Keep SharePoint repositories organised, complete and continuously up to date. Must-Have Requirements
- Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods is required.
- Good expertise in MS Office is required.
- A good understanding of IT and testing is required.
- Experience with requirements management is required.
- A good understanding of workflow processes is required.
- A good understanding of Financial Security processes and the ability to assess underlying key risks are required.
- Financial industry experience, including relevant senior management experience in banking processes, is required.
- Dutch proficiency.
- French proficiency.
