Functieomschrijving

Als Business Developer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor complexe technische vraagstukken binnen de residentiële markt in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Met jouw diepgaande technische kennis en ervaring in HVAC weet je klanten te overtuigen van onze duurzame oplossingen, waaronder onze innovatieve warmtepompen.

Je bouwt sterke relaties op met bouwpromotoren, projectadviseurs, studiebureaus en installateurs. Daarnaast ben je de brug tussen techniek en klantbehoeften, en lever je maatwerkconcepten die indruk maken. Met een scherp oog voor detail coördineer je projecten van A tot Z en til je onze merken naar een hoger niveau.

In deze positie word je uitgedaagd om de moeilijkere vraagstukken van klanten aan te pakken en op te lossen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Directeur en onze ondersteunende diensten om duurzame impact te maken.

  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
  • Complexe technische vraagstukken oplossen en duurzame concepten aanbieden.
  • Relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met bestaande klanten én nieuwe connecties leggen.
  • Projecten coördineren met overzicht en detailgerichtheid.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van technologische evoluties en deze toepassen in jouw werk.
  • Met jouw commerciële flair onze merken stevig op de kaart zetten.
Profiel

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een diepgaande technische kennis, bij voorkeur in HVAC.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie met technische producten.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands; Frans is een mooie troef.
  • Een klantgerichte en commerciële mindset met een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en doelgericht actie te ondernemen.
  • Een bachelordiploma (of hoger) met affiniteit voor techniek.
