Talencia is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager for one of its clients.

Herstal (Liège) Start date : ASAP Duration : Full-time Open-Ended Contract (CDI) Context For one ou my close partner, I'm currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager position within a large Belgian organisation undergoing an important Data & BI transformation.
The role combines people management, BI strategy and hands-on involvement in the evolution of the organisation's Data & BI landscape Description Lead and develop a team of BI professionals (circ. 5 people) Define and implement the BI roadmap and strategy Contribute to Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Management You will be directly reporting the the current Head of Data
Your profile
7 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Strong knowledge of Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects and SQL Good understanding of Data Warehousing / Data Architecture Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with good knowledge of English What's in for you Between 5.000EUR and 8.000EUR GR./mo (with at least an extra 150EUR of NET allowance) Company car (electric) with charging card Health and group insurance Up to 30 days of paid holidays Hybrid work model with 3 days remote Various bonuses and sectorial benefits The position offers the opportunity to have a significant strategic impact on the organisation's Data & BI landscape, while managing a dedicated team.
