Job Title: Data Quality AnalystLocation: Brussels, BelgiumWork Model: HybridLanguage Required: English, Dutch, or FrenchStart date: 3 September 2026Contract duration: 6 monthsExperience: 3–4 yearsRole Overview:We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to support data quality and governance activities within a banking environment. You will define and implement data quality controls, monitor key performance indicators, investigate issues, and contribute to reliable, well-documented data across the organisation.
This role is well suited to an analytical professional who can translate data findings into practical improvements and work effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement data quality controls across multiple data types.
Monitor data quality KPIs and enhance related dashboards and reporting.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues through structured root cause analysis.
Support data certification processes and maintain clear, accurate data documentation.
Work with stakeholders to address data quality risks and drive corrective actions.
Contribute to data governance standards and best practices within the analyst community.
Support change initiatives related to data quality and governance.
Required Qualifications and
Skills:
3–4 years of experience in data quality analysis within the banking sector.
Practical knowledge of KYC and Financial Security domains.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Working knowledge of Oracle SQL.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to investigate complex data issues and communicate findings clearly.
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
Experience with data governance frameworks and tools.
Familiarity with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau.
Knowledge of SAS and Python.
Good working knowledge of Dutch or French.
Experience supporting data certification, governance, or change management initiatives.

This is a hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium.
