Role: Test Architect – Technical

Location: Leuven, Brussels (Hybrid)

Contract Duration - Min. 3 months extension possible

Key Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end test strategy, automation architecture, and quality engineering standards.

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks using Java and/or Python.

Drive automation across UI, API, integration, and backend layers.

Apply AI/GenAI techniques to improve test design, test generation, defect analysis, and automation.

Establish effective test data management strategies, including data creation, masking, and maintenance.

Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.

Mentor automation engineers and provide technical leadership.

Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps-based automated testing practices.

Mainframe testing experience is preferred.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong Test Automation and Test Architecture experience.

Excellent hands-on experience with Java and/or Python.

Practical AI/GenAI expertise in software testing.

Strong Test Data Management experience.

Proven experience designing automation frameworks and test strategies.

Good to Have:

Mainframe testing experience.

CI/CD, DevOps, API, and integration testing.

Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.

Knowledge of modern AI-powered testing tools.

Language Requirement:

Dutch or French – preferred, but not mandatory. xlxgzvr

English – strong professional communication skills required.
