/h3 ul libTeam Leadership Coaching /b ul liLead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. /li liSupport career development and skill-building within the team. /li liAct as a bridge between DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to align strategies and execution. /li /ul /li libHands-On DevOps Engineering /b ul liMaintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using bJenkins /b, bBitbucket /b, and bGradle /b. /li liOptimize infrastructure for bcloud-native deployments /b, ensuring scalability and reliability. /li liSupport and refine build automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization strategies. /li liDevelop and maintain observability solutions, ensuring breliability, security, and performance /b of services. /li /ul /li libCloud-Native GitOps Transformation /b ul liDrive the transition towards bGitOps /b practices, automating deployment workflows and reducing manual interventions. /li liImplement bDevSecOps /b principles to enhance security automation and compliance within CI/CD pipelines. /li liGuide the team in leveraging cloud-native architectures and technologies effectively. /li /ul /li libCollaboration Stakeholder Management /b ul liWork closely with development teams (Java Angular) to enhance developer experience and streamline software delivery. /li liPartner with security teams to embed bsecurity-by-design /b principles into DevOps workflows. /li liCommunicate technical strategies and progress to senior management and stakeholders. /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Skills

Experience:
/h3 ul lib5+ years of experience /b in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. /li lib2+ years of leadership experience /b (formal or informal) in a DevOps or software engineering team. /li liStrong expertise in bCI/CD pipelines /b, automation, and infrastructure-as-code. /li liExperience with bJenkins, Bitbucket, Gradle, and GitOps tools /b (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux). /li liSolid background in bcloud-native architectures /b and deployment strategies. /li liFamiliarity with bcontainerization /b (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration. /li liUnderstanding of bDevSecOps /b best practices and security automation. /li liStrong collaboration and communication skills, able to work across teams and geographies. /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liExperience with bpublic cloud platforms /b (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their DevOps toolchains. /li liKnowledge of bmonitoring and observability tools /b (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). /li liBackground in bperformance tuning and system reliability engineering (SRE) /b. /li liFamiliarity with bprogressive delivery /b techniques (e.g., feature flags, canary releases). /li /ul h3Location: Ghent, Belgium (hybrid working) /h3 h3What
