The RoleAs Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational integration of acquisitions and partnerships, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget and timelines.
You'll work closely with senior business leaders, transformation teams, compliance, risk and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute strategic integration roadmapsLead complex transformation programmes from initiation through deliveryManage programme governance, reporting and steering committeesOversee business requirements, customer journeys and key programme deliverablesIdentify and manage dependencies across multiple projects and workstreamsCoordinate stakeholders across business, compliance, risk and operational teamsMonitor programme performance, risks and mitigation plansDrive successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and budgetsWhat We're Looking For10+ years' experience in Programme ManagementProven track record delivering large-scale business or technology transformation programmesExperience managing acquisitions, integrations, partnerships or complex organisational changeStrong governance, stakeholder and executive communication skillsExperience working within regulated environmentsStrong understanding of Agile, Lean and Prince2 methodologiesHands-on experience with Jira, MS Project and reporting toolsAbility to analyse and interpret financial and operational dataStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersPersonal AttributesA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesAttention to detailResilience under pressureA collaborative and flexible approachA results-driven mentalityLocation & ContractBrussels (Hybrid)Minimum 3 days per week onsiteFreelance contractInitial contract until year-end with strong extension potentialImmediate / short-notice starters preferred📩 If you're an experienced Programme Manager looking for a high-visibility role within a major transformation environment, I'd be happy to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
