We’re looking for someone who: • Will deliver the service training programs, both in presence or via webinar.• Will prepare new technical contents relevant to the launch of NPD (New Products Development).• Will keep up-to-date the training documentations relevant to the current production.• Will design new contents to further populate the e-learning platform (DBLC).• Will proactively search for innovative training solutions, like multimedia, gamification apps, online polls…• Will create test and assessments to monitor the training efficacyWhat sets you apart: Education in Mechanics - Engineering / Allow Equivalent. Technical knowledge, ideally in: Earth moving equipment, hydraulics, engines. Must have German and English. Open communication - excellent trainer´s skills, well organised, good commercial spirit.
