Digital Lead Benelux

As Digital Commerce Activation Manager for the Benelux region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving strategic partnerships with key customers. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Head Benelux, you will work closely with the Digital Shelf Manager Benelux to execute differentiated marketing strategies that align with our purpose and ambitions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the digital commerce activation roadmap for the Benelux cluster, focusing on market maturity and strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Haleon's position as a key strategic partner for digital commerce collaboration. Drive initiatives that seamlessly connect brands, customers, and Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies. Coordinate closely with the Digital Shelf Manager Benelux to ensure alignment and synergy in daily operations. Act as the driving force behind our sales strategies, leveraging digital channels to maximize impact and reach.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in digital commerce activation, preferably within the consumer health or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English and Dutch (additional languages a plus).We Offer:
