Team coach ( day and late shift) Your job as Team Lead As a born team player, you organize the daily incoming and outgoing movements in Ghent together with your colleagues and your team. The warehouse with more than , different spare parts and products is your working area. You get energy from Supporting, motivating and coaching your team; Monitoring and optimising the daily manpower planning so that we can continue to guarantee our services; Guaranteeing correct and continuous services according to the agreed deadlines and in line with the Honda objectives and standards with respect to quality, safety and the environment. Your strenghts You are a hands-on, flexible team player, with an eye for optimization, quality and service, who gets energy from motivating and guiding a diverse team. You have a high school degree. Experience in operational logistics is certainly an asset. You can work from Monday until Friday, in a day shift (8.00 16.30) and a late shift (12.00 20.30). You have a good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is an added value. You express yourself well in Dutch and English.
