Overview PM Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of mechanical, electrical, and piping (MEP) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. Responsibilities Administer contracts for mechanical, electrical, and piping installationsManage subcontractor agreements and variations for MEP disciplinesProcess and evaluate change orders and contract modifications for MEP worksCoordinate with MEP contractors, suppliers, and engineering teamsMonitor contract compliance and technical deliverable milestonesPrepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensionsManage payment applications and progress certificates for MEP packagesMaintain comprehensive contract records and correspondenceResolve contractual disputes and claims related to MEP installationsEnsure adherence to pharmaceutical GMP and utility standardsSupport procurement activities for specialized MEP equipment and systemsCoordinate with project management, engineering, and commercial teams Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experienceMEP construction background, preferably pharmaceutical/cleanroom projectsKnowledge of process piping, HVAC, electrical systems, and utilitiesExperience with MEP installation contracts and specialized equipment procurementUnderstanding of pharmaceutical validation and commissioning requirementsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsProficient in contract management software and MS Office suiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret technical drawings and specificationsFluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficialValid EU work authorizationDegree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProfessional certification in contract administrationExperience with MEP systems preferably within pharmaceutical facility Knowledge of Belgian electrical and mechanical codesUnderstanding of GMP and validation processesD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
