Als Software Quality Assurance Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in de kwaliteitswaarborging van onze softwareproducten. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team samen met de klant, de product owner/project manager en de software developers. Je werkt tegelijkertijd op verschillende projecten en test applicaties van A tot Z: van de happy flow tot elk worstcasescenario. Eventuele bugs, fouten of tekortkomingen ontsnappen niet aan je aandacht. En dat op alle devices.
Je ontwerpt en implementeert testplannen, testscenario's en testgevallen en voert functionele, regressie-, prestatie- en acceptatietests uit. Je identificeert en rapporteert softwarefouten en problemen. Je werkt samen met ontwikkelaars en andere belanghebbenden om problemen op te lossen en verbeteringen voor te stellen. Ook documenteer je testresultaten en creëer je rapporten voor het management. Zo draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van het softwareontwikkelingsproces.
Daarom ben jij de perfecte Software Quality Assurance Engineer
Je beschikt over een bachelor in computerwetenschappen, software engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied en hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Software Quality Assurance Engineer of een vergelijkbare functie.
Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van softwaretestmethoden, -technieken en -tools .
Je bent een ervaren schrijver van testplannen, testgevallen en testrapporten.
Je kunt werken met testautomatiseringstools .
Je beschikt over sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en hebt oog voor detail.
Je kunt zelfstandig werken en deinst niet terug voor strakke deadlines.
Je Nederlands en Engels zijn goed. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
