You will lead both quantitative and qualitative projects, providing insights and designing roadmaps for energy and climate systems. Your work will involve the use of sophisticated models to develop scenarios and analyze trade-offs, ultimately helping organizations and policy makers make informed decisions. You will also contribute to business development by preparing proposals for a wide range of clients, including public administrations, NGOs, and industry federations.Accountabilities: Lead and contribute to a combination of quantitative and qualitative projects, relying on internal and external modeling expertise to design and interpret scenarios and roadmaps. Manage consultancy projects on energy and climate change, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. Present key findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable results. Drive business development efforts by preparing proposals and identifying new opportunities within the energy and climate change sectors. Provide analytical support to clients on energy systems and climate policies, helping them understand implications and develop long-term strategies. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, Economics, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on energy transition or climate change. Relevant experience in energy systems, climate change, or within a sector that produces or consumes energy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in modeling and data analysis being an asset. Fluency in English, with knowledge of French and/or Dutch being a strong asset. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, with a desire to take on a leadership role within a team.
