Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.Your day at NTT DATAAs the Sales Specialist Team Manager, you will lead a team of specialized sales professionals in IT infrastructure, each focusing on key technology domains: Networking, CyberSecurity, Data Center, Workplace, and Customer Experience. You will be responsible for aligning the team with unified sales processes, tools, and strategies, ensuring consistency and collaboration across all business units. Your goal is to drive the team towards results, maintaining a high standard of performance and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.What you'll be doingKey Responsibilities:Lead a team of sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure each team member is motivated, skilled, and results-oriented.Implement standardized sales processes, tools, and follow-up practices across all technology domains, ensuring consistent application regardless of the business unit.Build strong collaboration with the sales community, Go-to-Market leads, vendors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration into the sales ecosystem.Establish and drive team objectives, focusing on lead generation, opportunity development, and closing complex deals. Ensure each specialist is aligned with the goal of maximizing win rates and customer satisfaction.Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and ensuring accountability. Report on team progress to senior leadership and adjust strategies as needed.Encourage a culture of learning and innovation, identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and customer engagement.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sales or sales management within the IT infrastructure sector, with a focus on IT Infrastructure.Experience leading and motivating sales teams to achieve consistent results.Ability to align the team’s efforts with business priorities and GTM strategy.Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a team across different technology domains.Experience with CRM and sales enablement toolsDutch or French as mother tongue and good verbal and written knowledge of EnglishWorkplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
