Find your fit — and your future.About the JobAs aRetail Ops Trader, you’ll play a key role in driving in-season trading decisions and optimizing store performance across our European retail network. Working alongside aSenior Trader, you’ll use your analytical skills and commercial mindset to manage inventory flows, support store profitability, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires strong collaboration with Retail, DTC, Planning, and Merchandising teams. You’ll manage initial allocations, replenishment, and customer service operations, while identifying opportunities and risks to drive revenue and margin. With a data-driven approach and a passion for retail, you’ll help shape our trading strategy and deliver an exceptional store experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Senior Trader to manage replenishment strategies based on store and market needsExecute initial allocations aligned with range plans and store gradingMonitor in-season profitability and support Geo/Category-level performance targetsConduct analysis to identify trading opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to drive revenueSet up promotional pricing in EPOS systems (Raymark/Xstore) and ensure clear communication with storesGenerate and distribute pricing files (Pricecats)Identify and execute store-to-store transfers and excess inventory clean-upSupport customer service operations including inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and vendor coordinationMonitor product availability in European warehouses to support local trading initiativesCollaborate with Planning and Merchandising to reflect in-season learnings into future assortment strategiesVisit retail stores regularly to gather market insights and inform trading decisionsAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or Finance2+ years of experience in retail; store-level experience is a plusStrong analytical skills and commercial awarenessProficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with retail systems/toolsUnderstanding of retail revenue drivers and KPIsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentFluent in English; additional European languages are a plusPassionate about the Levi’s® brand and committed to delivering a great customer experienceThis is a hybrid role primarily based in our Brussels with occasional travel (up to 10%) for market visits and internal meetings.LS&Co. is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.
