For this short-term assignment, we are seeking a Temporary Administrative Officer who will play a key role in the vehicle delivery process. You will be responsible for accurate administrative follow-up and coordination, ensuring that customers receive their vehicles in an efficient and professional manner. Working closely with colleagues, you will manage the entire administrative flow. Key Responsibilities Creating invoices after payment is received Requesting files from colleagues Sending vehicle documents to customers Arranging transport or pickup of purchased vehicles Entering documents and invoices into Smartsheet Responding to emails regarding invoicing, delivery, and payment Creating vehicles in the system Following up on payments and bank statements What We’re Looking For: Strong administrative skills (MS Office suite) Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers Able to work independently and take initiative Understanding of financial processes Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a strong asset (for German clients) Available from early November for 4 months (full-time or 4/5), with possibility of extension Why join Inchcape Belux?
