Electrical Team Leader

Organiser et superviser les dépannages électriques : gérer les signalements, diagnostiquer les pannes, assurer les réparations correctives. Effectuer la maintenance préventive : visiter régulièrement les sites, identifier les risques potentiel, proposer et mettre en place des actions correctives. Participer aux projets techniques : tirage de câbles, interventions sous tension, montage de tableaux électriques, etc. Gérer les stocks de matériel, pièces de rechange et outillage, afin d'assurer une réactivité optimale. Encadrer une équipe d'électriciens sur terrain (en général environ 3 personnes), assurer leur formation, coaching, application des normes de sécurité Formation en électricité ou expérience équivalente avec compétences solides électriques. Expérience en encadrement d'équipe ou coordination de chantier. Maîtrise rigoureuse des normes électriques, de sécurité et des bonnes pratiques. Proactivité, sens de l'organisation, réaction rapide face aux urgences et capacité à prioriser. Esprit d'équipe, bon sens du service, adaptabilité à des environnements variés. Un CDI à temps plein (39h/semaine). Congés : environ 29 jours de congé annuel.
