RPA Developer

As a RPA Developer, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities: Support users in formalizing their automation needs, Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions, Manage the evolution of applications and associated development frameworks, Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and expected functional developments, Guarantee optimal application performance and suggest continuous improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate for this RPA Developer position would have the following skills: Minimum of 3 years' experience in development, with a strong interest in process automation, Proficiency in the UIPATH platform or with PowerAutomate, Dutch and English fluency, Good understanding of business processes: you've already collaborated with departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Human Resources, enabling you to anticipate needs and propose relevant automations, Excellent interpersonal skills: you know how to interact with various stakeholders (business, technical, hierarchical) and foster collaborative cross-functional work, Curiosity: you enjoy exploring new solutions, continuously developing your skills, and understanding business challenges.
