Nous avons adopté une approche de chaîne de valeur axée sur le service à nos clients commerciaux, de la vente à la gestion de sinsitres. Nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e)/Project Manager pour stimuler les initiatives stratégiques, gérer les opérations quotidiennes et agir en tant que représentant commercial pour les demandes transversales.

Vos principales responsabilités :
- Représenter la chaîne de valeur Midcorp lors des réunions avec les courtiers, les clients et les parties prenantes internes.
- Soutenir la création de la stratégie de souscription pour les nouveaux secteurs et marchés émergents.
- Contribuer à la prestation de services de bout en bout en stimulant les améliorations de productivité et de service.
- Stimuler la croissance des ratios financiers, surveiller et rapporter les KPI, et diriger des projets et des équipes.
- Agir en tant que réseau charismatique et assurer la livraison en temps voulu des résultats du projet.
- Organiser et planifier des groupes de projet et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les utilisateurs finaux d'Allianz.
- Introduire des analyses centrées sur les données et optimiser les outils de souscription.
- Gérer des projets qui répondent aux besoins et priorités de l'entreprise.
Profil recherché ?
Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) avec une vaste expérience en P&C (non-vie), de préférence en souscription commerciale. Vous avez un Bachelor ou Master en Assurances, Finance ou dans un domaine connexe et environ 10-15 ans d'expérience pertinente. Vous êtes un chef de projet et/ou manager expérimenté avec une expérience avérée en amélioration de la productivité. Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'exploitation des marchés et l'établissement de la fidélisation des clients. Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication, leadership et gestion du changement. Une maîtrise de l'anglais est requise, avec le néerlandais et/ou le français comme langue maternelle.
