En tant que Customer Care Agent au sein du Service Center, vous traitez par téléphone et par e-mail les questions et/ou problèmes des clients existants ou potentiels, et promouvez l'offre de la mutualité.
- Vous êtes le point de contact des clients (existants ou potentiels).
- Vous répondez aux appels entrants dans le respect des critères de qualité et de productivité du "Service Center" afin de les accompagner et/ou de les rassurer.
- Vous analysez les demandes des clients en fonction de leur dossier et de leurs besoins.
- Vous êtes proactif lors des contacts et vous êtes attentif à offrir un service personnalisé en répondant à la demande des clients.
- Vous guidez le client au travers des différents canaux digitaux internes et externes (chatlive, MypPartenamut, site,…) et l'aidez à devenir autonome.
- Vous assurez la promotion de l'offre de la mutualité en collaboration avec les services commerciaux.
- Vous vous assurez de compléter et de mettre à jour les données du client. Le cas échéant, vous transférez le dossier pour une gestion approfondie vers les services dédiés.
- Les contacts se font majoritairement par téléphone (85% du temps) et une évolution est possible vers les canaux "email" et "chatlive" dès la maîtrise des compétences nécessaires.
Votre profil en tant que Customer Care Agent :
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un CESS au minimum et disposez d'une expérience valorisante dans une fonction similaire (Service Center, Call Center, Customer Care, Service Client, Conseiller Clientèle, etc.).
- Vous communiquez aisément à l'oral et à l'écrit dans un français impeccable.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais.
- Vous êtes proactif, dynamique et orienté client.
- Apprendre une matière complexe ne vous fait pas peur et vous êtes motivé par cette perspective.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un environnement de travail de qualité.
- Vous aimez satisfaire les besoins du client, atteindre les objectifs qui vous sont fixés et êtes résistant au stress.
- Vous avez une affinité avec le digital.
- Un contrat temps plein à durée indéterminée avec horaires flexibles et la possibilité de faire du télétravail jusqu'à 3 jours par semaine.
- Une entrée en fonction à partir du mois de Février 2024.
- Des horaires de bureaux : 8h -17h du lundi au vendredi.
