Jouw nieuwe functie
Wegens de aanhoudende groei is er nood aan versterkingvoor het team van manufacturing engineers. Het betreft een zeer ruime functiewaar je grondige expertise verwerft over de producten zelf en de complexemachines en technologie om die te maken. Waar sta je zoal voor in?
· Technische ondersteuning verlenen voorhet productieproces en oplossingen uitwerken voor probleemsituaties,bottlenecks, …
· Je bent dan ook de directe technischecontactpersoon voor de productieafdelingen.
· Meedenken en initiatief nemen omvanuit jouw rol de productie, efficiëntie, kwaliteit, ... te verhogen enuitval, omsteltijden, … te reduceren
· Toezien op correcte uitvoering ensensibiliseren op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie…
· Klachten onderzoeken en opvolgen naareen LT-oplossing.
· Goede wisselwerking onderhouden metproductie, engineering, toolshop, logistiek…
Naast analyse en voorbereidend werk ben je als manufacturing engineer voor een groot deel van jouw tijd op de werkvloer aanwezig.
Wat verwachten we vanjou?
Voor dejob van manufacturing engineer verwacht het bedrijf:
· Eentechnische master/ingenieur (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
· Ervaringis niet vereist.
· Pragmatisch, analytisch, technisch, resultaatgericht en probleemoplossend inzicht.
· Interessein complexe productietechnieken en -processen, automatische lijnen.
· Initiatiefen ruim denkend om vanuit jouw expertise bij te dragen aan efficiëntie,kwaliteit, productiviteit…
· Goedecommunicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit
· Goedekennis NL/EN + correct in opvolging en het borgen van informatie.
