Job description
Vanwege de groei van de business unit Maritiem & Offshore is MULTI.engineering op zoek naar een Project engineer Maritiem om ons team te versterken in onze vestiging in Temse (BE), Vlissingen (NL) of Zwijndrecht (NL).
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Als Project engineer Maritiem voer je berekeningen uit voor onze basic engineering afdeling. Multi.engineering ondersteunt zijn klanten bij een breed scala van projecten zowel voor nieuwbouw, conversies als refits van schepen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je takenpakket gevarieerd is en je verschillende berekeningen kan doen (stabiliteit, sterkte, etc), maar je kan je ook verder kan ontplooien in FEM. Je kan je ontwikkelen als generalist of specialist binnen het team.
Het werk dat je uitvoert kan zijn voor schepen gaande van werkschepen zoals offshore supply schepen, baggerschepen en general cargo tot megajachten +130m. Een deel van je tijd zal gaan naar onderzoek en ontwikkeling van nieuwe technologieën en/of ontwerpen.
Profile
Technische kennis en soft skills
Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma binnen Maritieme Techniek, Naval Architecture, Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouw of gelijkwaardig. Je kijkt terug op minstens drie jaar werkervaring als engineer bij een organisatie actief in de maritieme sector of je bent een gemotiveerde starter. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels aangezien dit de voertaal is binnen onze business unit. Je bent bereid om te werken op ons hoofdkantoor in Temse (BE) of ons kantoor in Zwijndrecht (NL). Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en werkt graag in team aan uitdagende projecten.Werken bij MULTI engineering staat voor:
