Your mission
As Automation Expert for our new factory in Nivelles, you will be responsible for supporting Leonidas' operations during the technological transition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Solving technical problems on automated lines.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
- Programming equipment and industrial robots to improve efficiency and adjust parameters for optimal, compliant production.
Your responsibilities
- Programming PLCs in accordance with standards to maintain high performance levels of production lines.
- Analyse system faults and take action to resolve them.
- Standardise the infrastructure as much as possible.
- Ensure technical exchange with suppliers.
- Supervise, support and collaborate with internal teams (technical and production) on automation processes.
- Ensure effective communication with field teams to ensure adoption of new technologies.
- Prepare regular reports on interventions and maintenance (e.g. CMMS monitoring, computer-aided maintenance management).
Your profile
- Degree in PLC/electrical programming or automation or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience implementing automation systems in an industrial environment.
- Mastery of CMMS supervision software, PL7 Pro, Tial Portal, Wonderware.
- Experience with supervision systems (knowledge of Scada tool and HMI industrial control screen).
- PLC programming and configuration.
- Analysing and troubleshooting automation systems.
- Team spirit and communicate effectively with different departments.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
