Robert Half Talent Solutions recherche actuellement un(e) Business Controller (h/f/x) pour une fonction permanente basée à Bruxelles.
Notre client est une entreprise active dans le secteur de l'ingénierie.
Les responsabilités principales du Business Controller (h/f/x) :
- Est le point de contact financier pour les employés au sein de la Business Unit. Il/Elle est responsable de guider et de suivre les Project Manager dans la gestion financière de leurs projets ;
- Responsable de l'élaboration du budget annuel et des prévisions mensuelles de la Business Unit ;
- Analyse les finances de la Business Unit ; avertit le Business Unit Manager en cas d'écarts et propose des mesures correctives ;
- Il/Elle planifie et prépare les réunions mensuelles de suivi financier avec les Project Manager. Il/elle s'assure de l'exactitude de la situation financière, analyse les
« travaux en cours » et anticipe l'évolution des projets. D'autre part, le Business Controller détermine les projets pour lesquelles un contrôle ponctuel est requis (en fonction du volume, de la complexité et de la rentabilité) ; - Le Business Controller est en charge de l'analyse mensuelle et du reporting vers le Business Unit Manager et la direction.
Le profil requis pour le poste de Business Controller (h/f/x) :
- Master en économie (Sciences commerciales, Économie appliquée, Ingénieur de gestion) ;
- 5 ans d'expérience dans le contrôle de gestion ;
- Un esprit analytique, précis et organisé ;
- Critique et proactif ;
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement de projet ;
- Intéressé par nos activités techniques ;
- Connaissance approfondie du suivi financier (des projets) ;
- Expérience avec un progiciel ERP ;
- Solides compétences en communication ;
- Bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
