For their operations team in Roeselare, they are currently looking for a Technical Support specialist.Your tasks:Provide technical support within the production environment, guided by the Technical CoordinatorEnsure optimal productivity of machinery including CNC milling machines, saw handling systems, pick & place robots, and welding robotsDetect, analyze, troubleshoot, and document technical issuesKeep the machine park up to date and perform software/programming updatesManage and follow up on maintenance plans and schedule required interventionsHands-on approach to resolving technical malfunctions quickly and efficientlyYour profileTechnical degree (preferably in Electromechanics or similar)Experience in at least one of the following: CNC machines, robotics, automated lines, or process industryFamiliarity with HMI systemsWelding experience is an assetBasic PC skillsSolid awareness of working with high-value technical equipmentFluent in English; Dutch is a strong plusWilling to work in a 2-shift systemStrong commitment to 5S methodology (clean and organized work environment)Team player with a hands-on attitudeEager to learn, proactive, and goal-orientedAble to work independently and take initiativeOur offerJoin a global market leader that actively invests in its people, technology, and futureFull-time position with competitive salary and meal vouchersThorough training and continuous guidance to support your developmentA modern and safe working environment in Roeselare, built on the values of respect, ambition, authenticity, sustainability, and teamwork
