Szukamy doświadczonego Team Leadera, który poprowadzi zespół na produkcji u naszego stałego klienta z branży przetwórstwa mięsnego. Szukamy osoby, która umie łączyć organizację pracy z partnerskim podejściem do ludzi. Zakład produkuje marynaty, panierki, gotowe do przyrządzenia potrawy (kawałki na grilla, szaszłyki, filety, kostki). Lokalizacja: Maasmechelen, Belgia 🇧🇪Stawka godzinowa: 17,08€ brutto za godz. Twoje zadania: Koordynacja pracy kilkunastoosobowego zespołu na zmianie Planowanie zadań i nadzór nad wykonaniem zamówień Wdrażanie nowych pracowników, bieżące rozwiązywanie problemów na linii.
