Responsibilities

AI Expertise & knowledge sharing: Serve as the primary authority on AI technologies, methodologies and best practices in the organisation. Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in AI. Oversight of AI Use Case Implementation: Lead the design, development and implementation of AI solutions to address complex business challenges and opportunities. Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards. Thought Leadership : Serve as a champion for AI within the organization, promoting awareness and understanding of its potential impact. Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate colleagues about AI concepts, applications, and benefits. Engage with stakeholders across departments to foster a culture of AI adoption and innovation. AI Capabilities & Enablement: Assess the organization's current AI capabilities, including infrastructure, tooling, data, talent, and processes. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in AI readiness and maturity. Recommend strategies and initiatives to enhance the organization's AI capabilities and competitiveness. AI Strategy Formulation: Contribute to a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with overall Riverty strategy and business objectives. Conduct market research and industry analysis in the financial industry to identify emerging trends and opportunities in AI. Define strategic priorities, initiatives, and milestones for AI implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Extensive experience in AI research, development and implementation, with a profen track record of delivering impactful solutions. Deep expertise in GenAI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business objectives. Familiarity with the financial industry and its specific AI applications and challenges is a plus.
