MES Tester

Job DescriptionThe IT/MES Tester is responsible to support OpenText ALM usage in the context of a specific testing program, supporting; training session, tracking testing execution defect management and testing reporting/KPI.He / She manages, executes and follows up of IT testing (i.e. project functional and non-functional testing activities) Major AccountabilitiesIT/MES tester will be in charge to design, review and execute test scripts for particular MES which is OpCenter (former XFP): - Manage testing planning and coordinate testing resources when needed - Set up, design and execute test scripts (functional and non-functional) using appropriate testing tools - Coordinate and generate testing reporting/KPI for specific project in scope - Advocating appropriate level of testing in system implementation processes and quality in defect resolution.RequirementsSpecific skills/competences- Experience working in the Pharma industry is a plus- Knowledge of Computerized Testing Processes and Good Practices (e.g. ISTQB certification, TMAP, GAMP)- Knowledge in manufacturing execution system is a plus- Experience of functional and non-functional testing (manual testing framework)- Robust organization, structure and planning within the day-to-day work activities- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Service/customer-minded – Proactive Tools- Standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel…)- Experience in OpenText testing suite ALM (Mandatory)- Experience in OpCenter (XFP)RequirementsEducation and certifications - Bachelor's Degree - Other (Specify): Bachelor (Belgium) or experience Equivalent - Certification (Specify): Veeva CRM certification (MUST): system admin gold configuration level - Salesforce CRM (Nice to have) - Veeva Vault (preferred) Experience - CRM system admin experience (technical expertise and functional expertise) - Project management skills - Business analyses - Can help in shaping our CRM strategy - At least 10 years in Pharma - At least 10 years in CRM Skills 1) Organized & well structured 2) Can do both Project manager & Business analyst 3) Stakeholder management (focus on priorities, scoping where needed) 4) IT context (be able to manage architecture, integrations, Dev-Acc-Prod, UAT & IT standard processes
