Position Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Implement and maintain automation processes using workflows, process builder, and flows.

- Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and enhance user experience.

Data Management:
- Manage data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, and cleaning.
- Design and implement data models to support business processes.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable analytics.

- Work with integration tools to connect Salesforce with other business systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
Requirements
Client facing experience; ideally from a consulting background Experience in one or more LMS or HR technology solutions for example SAP HCM/Successfactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Taleo Learn etc.; excellent communications; Masters Degree; Fluent French or Dutch AND English.
