Why we need you ? We are expanding rapidly and onboarding more clients onto Odoo — particularly in accounting. To support this growth, we are looking for an Odoo Business Analyst specialized in accounting who will help clients maximize their Odoo experience and adoption. Tasks What you will do at Eezee ? 1. Understanding & Design Analyze business needs and map processes. Design simple and effective workflows. Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for developers. 2. Documentation & Validation Test and validate solutions to ensure alignment with initial expectations. 3. Support & Change Management Guide clients through change: train users, explain impacts, and secure adoption. Provide ongoing support, anticipate future needs, and build long-term trust Requirements Who are we looking for? Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Odoo or another ERP system. Strong expertise in Accounting or Finance Comfortable running workshops and communicating with diverse stakeholders (end users, developers, managers). Fluency in at least two of the following languages: FR / NL / EN. Benefits What we offer Permanent contract (full-time, 39h/week). Company car.
